.NET Development Manager – Chicago Suburbs (Hybrid)

We are looking for a .NET Team Lead or Dev Manager for an established organization in the Chicago Suburbs. This role will be Fully Remote, with some occasional onsite days as necessary for deployments or special meetings. As a result, the candidate we hire will need to live in the nearby Chicago metropolitan area .

In this role you will help with hands-on coding (occasionally), perform code reviews, lead and supervise a small team of Developers on in-house development projects. You will also help with project management and budgeting, SOX compliancy, and manage application releases and deployments among other things. This is a great opportunity for a Lead Developer or Team Lead to make a jump into a Management level role.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of ASP.NET development or architecture experience (SDLC)
  • 2 years of team lead/supervision experience (code reviews, project team leader)

Salesforce Business Analyst – Chicago (Downtown)

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to help on our growing team. This is a permanent position with salary and bonus, and this role is currently fully remote, but may at some point go onsite 1-2 days per week in 2022. This candidate will be at the forefront of the business, working with users and management, so a strong business acumen, presentation, and business analysis skillset will be important.

Duties:

Business analysis and project management relative to Salesforce, and marketing automation tools like Pardot, Seismic, etc for our Sales and Marketing teams

Create complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce

Provide break-fix support of Salesforce

Assist with data cleansing, mining, and data analysis activities

Business Analysis experience to translate business needs and use cases into technical specs and functional requirements, as well as documentation

Any web environment experience is a PLUS (.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML)
