Responsible for the maintenance of installed infrastructure technologies as well as the installation and configuration of these technologies within specific area. Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to specific projects and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. Additionally, this position may play an integral role in more complex system integration testing and evaluation within specific technology area of responsibility.

·         Implementation and post implementation support

·         Primary support for BPCS/ERP LX system

·         Document new or changing requirement

·         Work with employees to understand and improve processes

·         Provide end user training

·         Support the Electronic Commerce Environment

·         Setting up trading partners within BPCS/ERP LX

·         Understand and support the structure of how transactions from other systems integrate with BPCS.  (Inventory / Labor / etc.)

·         System Testing

·         Test BPCS/ERP LX functions

·         Test integrations with other system

·         Test our modifications and software we develop

·         Understand the files and relationships

·         Test version and modification upgrades

·         Work with vendor support desks

·         Systems Documentation

·         Update the documentation in ePak with our processes

·         Keep the documentation current

·         Support user access of data

·         Develop / Support reports in IDF

·         Develop / Support integrations with Excel

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Experience with BPCS / ERP LX required

Experience with IBM AS/400 – iSeries platform preferred

Understanding of Supply Chain

Understanding of the Financial Integration
