Application Support Manager
We are seeking an Application Support Manager. This is a permanent onsite Management position leading a team and also a great opportunity to take the next step in your career!
Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years progressively responsible experience supporting computer systems, including user software support, department specific applications support, Windows based software concepts and system support experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of team/staff management including task delegation, hiring and performance reviews
Experience in managing software deployments, software releases and integrating applications
Some experience interacting with Network operating systems preferred
Bachelors Degree
Duties:
Manages the Applications Support team and responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of SLAs
Ensures the efficiency, stability, security and accessibility of all supported IT applications used by end users
Develops the procedures for and manages the escalation of service requests and problems related to applications support
Interact with other IT units integrated with company-wide Applications
Ensure users accessibility to all required application resources
