Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cyber Security (Southern Suburbs)-Salary to: $185,000 plus 30-35% Bonus

Reporting to the Vice President of IT, the Senior Director – IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security will create and manage infrastructure architecture and cyber-security strategy and implementation across the enterprise.

 They will develop, implement and self-audit our IT security and compliance environments/solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying leading technology and cyber-security trends and will provide direction and leadership related to technology, architecture and human capital. This individual will work directly with the senior leadership team and business leadership to identify, recommend, implement, and maintain appropriate, cost effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. They will provide leadership to the IT organization in the absence of the VP of IT.

 Additional responsibilities include:

-Lead a staff of 10+, four of which being direct reports

 -Plan and manage the global IT infrastructure, security monitoring and protection services.

 -Develop and manage the structure and content of all IT policy and standard work documentation in order to meet and maintain SOX compliance requirements. Partner with internal and external IT Audit, and with counterparts at other divisional units.

 -Lead Infrastructure technology staff responsible for functional & technical end user services including hosting services

 -Manage vendor relations as necessary including SLAs and project deliverables with the ITIL framework and other process management strategies for designing, managing and measuring the performance of infrastructure support functions

 -Forecast financial, physical, and human resource needs to meet established objectives managing budgets (capital and expenses) for acquisition of equipment, maintenance and services, with a critical eye toward cost management

 -Develop an organization capability to perform compliance verification activities including measurement, verification, validation, evidence analysis and reporting of enterprise compliance with cyber-security policies, technical security control requirements, security risk assessment and application security.

 -Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.

 -Conduct monthly one-on-one discussions with direct reports to foster engagement and alignment within the department and throughout the organization

 -Accountable for hardware/software life cycle management, provisioning, security and upgrade/refresh program

 -Develop and test IT Controls. Ensure all change management policies and procedures are in place and being followed.

 -Ensure a stable and highly available enterprise computing environment, including effective customer communications, problem solving, root cause analysis, and remediation. Responsible for enforcing enterprise standards and reference architecture and for meeting application SLA’s

 -Develop and execute standard operating processes and automation, including standard product roadmaps, vulnerability management program, hardware refresh strategy, service request & change management processes. Drive initiatives to reduce manual effort through automation and process improvement. Develop standard services through service definitions and associated SLA’s

 -Develop project delivery capabilities that to meet both internal team demand, such as operating system upgrades and customer demand, such as new projects

 Qualifications

 -Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management required; MBA or Master’s in Computer Science preferred

 -15 years of experience in IT roles with increasing responsibility having managed direct reports

 -ITIL & Various IT Security Certification preferred

 -Strong leadership abilities with experience in all facets of talent management, including assessment, organizational change and professional development

 -Must exhibit technical mastery within the IT function

 -Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution

 -Must be knowledgeable in IT SoX Compliance Requirements

 -Must possess strong time and project management skills

 -Must be an excellent communicator (written, verbal, presentation) with experience in making presentations to C-level executives

 -Proven experience driving process improvements; experience in an organization practicing Lean Dailey Management preferred

 -Must have a strong customer service orientation

 -Must have experience managing an IT budget of at least $8M

 -Experience with the following technology is required:
