VB.NET Developer | Local Candidates Only | No Sponsorship is available

• Develop VB.NET, VBA and C# applications including maintenance and documentation
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of creating financial functions in SQL
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of relational databases
• Proficient knowledge of the software development life cycle, practices, and methodology
• Complete all tasks related to coding, testing, quality assurance, and implementation and documentation.
• Conform to documentation, coding and quality standards
• Design, develop, test, tune, and implement relational databases and procedural database code using Microsoft SQL Server. This includes but is not limited to stored procedures, views, and functions
• Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs
• Testing and troubleshooting of newly developed solutions
• Provide additional support and database administration as needed
• Schedule and coordinate all conversions from manual processes to automated processes
• Gather information and feedback from various departments in order to fine tune application

Required Experience

2+ years of experience in:

• VB.NET (required)
• Microsoft Visual Studio (required)
• Microsoft SQL Server (required)
• C#, VBA and T-SQL are all a big PLUS
